Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your glow, but if you are not completely satisfied with your Fenty Beauty purchase, we offer free returns on all domestic orders within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in new or gently used condition to be eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Products

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed once it reaches our warehouse; your refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
